SUMMARY
My team led concept/vision work to inspire the new roadmap for a pre-existing AR hardware device amidst an unexpected product pivot. I pitched and designed a feature to bring a sense of togetherness to dispersed workforces.

Amidst a lack of direction, I challenged myself to work with my team of cross-functional partners as a collaborator instead of a mentee. I led multiple brainstorms, sprint exercises, and critiques with senior/staff level ICs, and I learned to embrace risk and ambiguity, which I had previously shied away from.
